Luke Comer – President, Project Manager

Luke grew up around construction and began working in the industry in 2003. Helping to pay for his college education, Luke worked in the field as a laborer, being exposed to what construction had to offer amongst the working trades, and gaining valuable hands-on experience.  After college, Luke began working as a project engineer, assisting in the other side of completing a project. He learned to manage contracts and other administrative items – such as RFI’s, ASI’s and change management – which taught him the importance of organization and the interrelationships between all construction-related processed.

Having been exposed to all aspects of completing a project, Luke has grasped the importance of each part of the construction process. His interest in building positive, trusting, working relationships lead him to obtain a degree in psychology which, along with his construction experience, has been a key contributor in successful completion of these projects. This success, along with experience, allowed Luke to grow into a strong project manager in the construction industry. Luke feels that a project’s success correlates directly to having these positive and trusting relationships amongst the entire project team.

Luke lives in Mill Creek, WA, with his wife Katrina and their three children, Beckett, Ryleah and Dylan. When away from the jobsite, you can find Luke on a nearby soccer field with one of his three children, coaching or cheering them on from the sidelines.
